For each ceremony and drinks reception, the below elements come as part of the standard package, but you can drop us a line to get more information on optional extras we can include to make your day more 'you'.
A unique city-centre venue in some of the UK's coolest cities, with a stylish flair, for up to 30 guests. And, for where space allows, we can accommodate additional guests at a modest cost.
A live musician will play as your guests arrive, for your entrance, the signing of your marriage register and your exit down the aisle.
A list of song options will be provided for you to choose from prior to the day to personalise your ceremony.
A luxury, stylish wedding photographer will be on-hand to capture the celebration.
Including your arrival, ceremony and a 30 minute post-ceremony photoshoot.
You will receive 50 images in a personalised online gallery of downloadable high-resolution images.
These will be delivered between 4-6 weeks post-wedding.
Extras such as engagement shoots and wedding albums may be added.
Each wedding with have a unique theme to complement the epic venue location and will be styled by an industry-leading stylist, creating a high-end bespoke look for each pop-up location.
Bouquets & Buttonholes
Our standard package will include a bouquet and/or buttonholes for the couple depending on requirements.
There will be two 'looks' to choose from and the option to create your own or add additional flowers for the wedding party from our extras package!
The wedding planner will be on hand to check in with you to make sure all documentation is completed prior to the day, they will ensure all personalised requirements and extras are taken care of.
On the day they will ensure everything runs on-schedule and all guests' needs are taken care of.
They will also take you through our 'Hidden-gem' booklet and co-ordinate any add-ons you may wish to include to personalise your ceremony further.
Ceremony & Celebrant
Each ceremony will be carried out by a fully qualified Wedding Celebrant and will be legally binding. A pre-wedding consultation with the celebrant will be included where a truly personalised ceremony will be curated for you.
Drinks & Canape Reception
After your ceremony, and whilst you are having your wedding shoot, your guests will be treated to a short drinks reception at the venue.
Guests will mingle over specially prepared canapes and a glass of prosecco. Extra drinks/food may be added.
Each couple will get access to our bespoke hidden-gem booklet which includes:
+ Optional add-ons from each of our hand-picked suppliers to make your day more bespoke.
+ Our recommended local suppliers for everything you could need, from dresses to cakes; make-up to rings.
+ A bespoke list and menus for the cities best private dining rooms and event spaces to keep your celebrations rocking-on in to the night!
